Colin IveColin’s unique and significant assets of knowledge and experience in the importance of Disaster and Business Continuity Management were gained in over 30 years of business. Combined with 26 years as a fire officer commanding a busy fire station in England, where he managed disasters on almost a daily basis until his retirement from this role in 2006.

Following the completion of his MBA in 2001 Colin became the Chief Risk & Continuity Manager with global responsibility at Nokia. During his time in this business critical role he introduced and established many of the BCM processes and procedures essential to a global business with one of the most recognised brands in the world. This knowledge and experience has enabled him to become a leading practioner of Business Resilience.

A Member of the Business Continuity Institute and qualified Lead Auditor for ISO9001 & BS25999 he is an ‘in demand’ presenter at many European and USA Business Continuity and Business Resilience Conferences. He was a contributing author to the BCI Good Practice Guide for Business Continuity Planning and is a published author in his own right.

Following a successful career in school administration as PA to several Head Teachers Brenda is now a corner stone of CoDRIM supporting the BCI workshops of 2012, including creating reports of each one, and running the admin side of the consultative.

Derek Gardner
Associate Logistics Security Consultant

Derek has over 30 years experience in the the field of Logistics and Logistics Security, gained in both the public and private sector. He spent 17 years involved with Logistics within the Royal Air Force, and the last 15 years worked within Logistics Security (Supply Chain Security Specialist, Europe, Middle East and Africa) for the NOKIA Corporation and as a DHL UK Security Manager. Heavily involved in Logistic and Logistic Security Audits during this time. He is a qualified ISO9000 Internal Auditor and has conducted these types of audit all over Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Elliot Wilsher
Internet, IT and Events Consultant

Having completed an HND and BSc (hons) in Engineering Product Design, Elliot worked for over 6 years at an aviation publishing company as the Internet and IT Manager developing the company's websites, e-marketing, and IT infrustructure. Now, with over 12 years experience, Elliot works as a consultant on web development projects, events and conferences.
